Privacy
FixConsole obviously respects your right to privacy and keeps your personal data confidential. Your data will only be used for the purpose of delivering orders and services to you. We therefore never provide your personal information to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Copyright
If you copy information from our website and/or distribute it in any way without prior written permission, you may be making infringement of third party copyright. It is therefore not permitted to copy any information from our website without written permission. The design of the website itself and some photos are copyrighted by FixConsole.
General terms and conditions
All our services, published products and prices are subject to Dutch law. And Regulation. The general terms and conditions apply to every order and all products delivered or to be delivered by FixConsole. If there is an additional deviating written agreement with FixConsole, the terms and conditions in that agreement will prevail over those mentioned here.
1. Prices and payment
All our prices are in EURO, including VAT and excluding order and shipping costs, unless otherwise mentioned. All prices mentioned are subject to change. Payment can be made through various payment options such as iDEAL, PayPal, or bank transfer. Products will not be delivered until the total amount of the order (including order, shipping costs and taxes) has been received by us.
2. Shipping orders
All orders fromFixConsole to you will be shipped self-managed. After your payment has been received by FixConsole and if the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If your product is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to a free refund of the amount paid to FixConsole. Delivery time of an unavailable product as well as deliveries outside the Netherlands can take more than 10 working days. FixConsole will keep you informed of the status of your order by email during this time. In case your product is delivered as a package, you will receive a track and trace code from FixConsole as soon as possible.
3. Delivery and Collection
I If the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If your product is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to a free refund of the amount paid to FixConsole. Delivery time of an unavailable product as well as deliveries outside the Netherlands can take more than 10 working days. FixConsole will keep you informed of the status of your order by email during this time. In the event that your product is delivered as a package, you will receive a track and trace code from FixConsole as soon as possible. Orders that cannot be delivered because no one was at home. To ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible, it will be delivered to your nearest collection point and your package will be kept for a maximum of 7 days. If you have not collected your package within that time, your package will be returned to us. We will charge you for any additional costs incurred for this. Orders that cannot be delivered due to addressing errors (wrong or incomplete address, incorrect ascription) will be returned by the delivery service and credited or resent by us after receipt, The additional costs incurred for this will be charged to you by us.
4. Refuse, do not collect parcel point
If the consumer refuses the product at the door (or does not collect it from a collection point of the carrier), this is seen as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not pick it up there, we will unfortunately have to charge €6.95 domestic and €14.95 abroad for the return costs. As soon as the package is returned to us, it will be your order has been (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
5. Returns
Orders placed via our online store may be returned to FixConsole. After notification of the withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to send the goods to the address of FixConsole within 14 days. The buyer will bear the shipping costs involved. The buyer also bears a duty of care in the event of return of the product, including the delivery of the product to FixConsole. The consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product that is the result of careless handling and/or delivery. If the product is not received by FixConsole in the same condition as you received it, including any accessories and original packaging, the right of suspension to which FixConsole is entitled will be invoked. Damage has been compensated. Returns without postage or insufficient postage will not be accepted. Returns that are incomplete will not be reimbursed or will only be partially reimbursed.
The purchase amount will be refunded to the account number with which you paid as soon as possible, but in any case within 8 working days after receipt of the returned product. Unless otherwise requested.
6. Cancel
Orders placed via the online store can be canceled by email without giving reasons. See point 3 Returns and point 2 Shipping orders.
7. Standard orders
Standard orders include all orders for products displayed on online store FixConsole.
